Celebrate Inclusion.

Last year's Special Olympics individual achievement award winner Brian Boone, program coordinator Chandra Wesley-Carr, and ARC Deputy Director DeAnna Julian.

This year, ARC provided...

  • A fully-inclusive summer day camp for local kids with disabilities
  • A youth volunteer program, paving the way for future champions of community inclusion
  • Housing, support, and around-the-clock care for individuals living with disabilities
  • Educational and vocational opportunities for individuals with disabilities of all ages
  • Advocacy services to empower those served and their families to influence policy makers and the community at large

And so much more!

Join us on November 9th, as we celebrate our individuals' achievements and highlight many successful collaborations with our community partners.

Help us make it a night our individuals won't forget.

We thank our generous partners:

Since its inception, Albany ARC has envisioned a world in which people of all abilities experience the same opportunities, rights, and freedoms as inclusive members of the community.  Support from corporate partners makes this vision a reality.  Business and foundation partnerships establish a lasting legacy of community stewardship and influence others in the business community to join us in our endeavor to promote dignity, personal freedom, and acceptance for individuals with disabilities.

With almost a quarter of the population having a mental or physical disability, our corporate membership program ensures that we are able to stay true to our mission of turning disabilities into possibilities while promoting the general welfare of those we serve. Support from donors helps us make it possible for them to lead happier lives.
